1. Service Usage:
  • Our services may only be used for legal, ethical, and authorized purposes.
  • Unauthorized penetration, reverse engineering, or misuse of any product or platform developed by us is strictly prohibited.
  • Clients must provide accurate information necessary for project execution.
2. Payment & Subscription:
  • Full or partial advance payment is required before the commencement of any project or service.
  • Subscription-based services (hosting, maintenance, marketing, etc.) must be renewed before expiration to avoid service interruption.
  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy.
3. Intellectual Property:
  • All custom-developed websites, mobile apps, software, graphics, code, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of SoftNode Innovations unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
  • After project completion and final payment, clients may receive usage rights but not ownership rights unless separately agreed.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification of our digital works is prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities:
  • Clients must provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to avoid project delays.
  • Any changes in requirements after project initiation may incur additional charges.
  • The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details or access provided to them.
5. Limitation of Liability:
  • SoftNode Innovations is not responsible for losses due to third-party issues such as hosting downtime, domain problems, or external platform failures.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, delays, or data loss.
  • Digital marketing results (traffic, leads, conversions, rankings) cannot be guaranteed as they depend on third-party platforms.
6. Project Delivery & Timelines:
  • All timelines shared are estimates and may vary based on revisions, client response time, and technical complexities.
  • Delays caused due to client-side issues are not the responsibility of the company.
7. Modifications to Terms:
  • SoftNode Innovations reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of services after updates implies acceptance of new terms.
