1. Eligibility for Refund:
  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where the service could not be delivered due to technical failures or errors solely caused by our team.
  • Refunds cannot be claimed for partially completed or fully delivered work.
  • Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made due to a change of mind, project direction change, or client-side delays.
2. Refund Process:
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery or service activation.
  • Each request will be carefully reviewed by our team to determine eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
  • Custom software development work once delivered or initiated.
  • Digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, branding, etc.
  • Monthly/annual subscription-based services after usage.
  • Payments made for third-party tools, hosting, domains, or licensed software.
4. Project Cancellation Policy:
  • If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, no refund will be applicable.
  • If the project is canceled by SoftNode Innovations for internal reasons, a proportionate refund may be provided.
