1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where the service could not be delivered due to technical failures or errors solely caused by our team.
- Refunds cannot be claimed for partially completed or fully delivered work.
- Refunds are not applicable for cancellations made due to a change of mind, project direction change, or client-side delays.
2. Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of project delivery or service activation.
- Each request will be carefully reviewed by our team to determine eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services:
- Custom software development work once delivered or initiated.
- Digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, branding, etc.
- Monthly/annual subscription-based services after usage.
- Payments made for third-party tools, hosting, domains, or licensed software.
4. Project Cancellation Policy:
- If a project is canceled by the client after initiation, no refund will be applicable.
- If the project is canceled by SoftNode Innovations for internal reasons, a proportionate refund may be provided.
